学会让宽容伴我们成长
如何理解润信育人，助力成长，我的理解是学会让宽容伴我们成长。
拥有宽容的人，像是拥有了一片海，包容了无数河川; 拥有宽容的人，像是拥有了一片天，容纳了无数的鸟儿; 拥有宽容的人，像是拥有了一片大漠，簇拥了无数沙砾。宽容，是每个人都需要具备的，宽容，是一种美德，是一种境界。
三国时，诸葛亮与周瑜上演了“三气”的故事。他们约定谁先攻下南郡，南郡就归谁，结果诸葛亮趁周瑜在费尽心思思考怎样攻城时，就趁其不备攻下了南郡，这是第一气。第二气就是着名的：周郎妙计安天下，赔了夫人又折兵。他本想用美人计留下刘备，可被诸葛亮发觉了，用计策将刘备夫妇接了回来，又在船头大声地讽刺周郎。第三气是因为周郎运用“借途灭虢”，他想取荆州，但却假说先取汉中，想趁机擒住刘备，但最后还是被诸葛亮发现了。最后，因为计谋屡次被诸葛亮识破，大病一场，不久便去世了，死前仰天长啸：“既生瑜，何生亮？”
周瑜最后是被气死的，他从小文武双全，就是缺少一种胸襟，一种气量。在这个世界上，既然找不到两片相同的树叶，那就更没有两个相同的人，每个人都有着他们各自的性格、追求、习惯、特长，每个人都有他们自己的生活方式、处事方法、思维习惯。所以，在人与人之间产生一些分歧是正常的，只要我们有一颗宽容的心，体谅、尊重、理解他人，就可以获得一种快乐，一种享受，一种惬意。
Cultivate Virtue and Self-Cultivation
Contemporary university student, as a special group of groups, their conception of happiness directly influence society's civilized progress. Contemporary college students as a special group among social youths, they have received much more education, more extensive knowledge than others. We are at the best of time of vigorous development of life. This should be the prime of our lives. Take away the chidlishness, and show the vigor of life. Everyone is an individual. In college, we are all adults. As individuals, the independence given to us by the outside world and the indenpendence we have to shoulder is different from the past. The uniqueness of the mental outlook of college students is also reflected in the aspect of independence, college students should have independent thoughts, independent personality.
As the saying goes: Know yourself and know your enemy, you will not be in danger in a hundred battles. In today's society, it is still very important to know oneself and the enemy, especially as an independent contemporary college students, more should analyze themselves, recognize their strengths and weaknesses, in order to grasp their strengths in the increasingly fierce competition and give full play to them, in order to stand out, walk the road to success.
Every growth is a baptism of fate, fades the most simple and pure, to surpass the wisdom of the growth becomes more and more gentle, more and more determined, this moment of enlightenment, we bid farewell to the past and then open the door of fate, step on the endless ladder, experience a field of adventure, witness the most distant dream of the growth without ending is still very charming. Some people and things will eventually become the most beautiful scenery on the road.
