There is a girl who gave up her American citizenship and joined her mother's Chinese citizenship in her birthplace. On the women's ski jump, she won the gold medal for China with almost perfect movements. She is Gu Ailing, the female freestyle skier of China, and my role model.

In the final of the women's freestyle skiing on February 7th, Gu Ailing was 5.25 points behind the French player in the first two rounds of the competition. In the final round, she faced off with a challenge to complete a 1620 ultra high difficulty move she had never attempted before, and ultimately won the championship! A newborn calf is not afraid of tigers, dares to challenge and break through oneself, this is Chinese youth!

Gu Ailing, who won the Olympic gold medal, did not celebrate recklessly, but went to comfort her opponent who only won the silver medal, which reflects the spirit of mutual concern among Chinese youth. Respecting rules, respecting opponents, and respecting friendship are the examples of Chinese youth!

We Chinese children should learn from Gu Ailing's courage to challenge ourselves, an open and inclusive attitude, and closely unite our personal struggle with the development of our country, contributing our own strength to the development of our country.

In September 2019, Shen Jilan , the “National Model Worker”, was awarded the Medal of the Republic for her unparalleled contributions to developing actively safeguard the labor rights of women in New China, and promoting the inclusion of "equal pay for equal work for men and women" in the Constitution.

Born into Shanxi Province in 1929, She married to Xigou Village at the age of 17. When she was young, she not only worked, but also had ideas. In the age of son preference, women could only surround the kitchen every day, take care of children and the elderly every day, and could not work in the field or participate in the work that men were responsible for. Some women were not even allowed to leave the yard. But Shen Jilan dared to break the restriction of feudal thought. As soon as she arrived at Xigou Village, she took the women in the village to spin and acquire rice through labor. Later, she led women from the same village to the fields, encouraged women to work in the fields, and won the same work points as men for them. Soon after, Xigou Village realized "equality between men and women, equal pay for equal work".

She encouraged women to break the feudalism in Xigou Village, which quickly spread throughout the country. She became the national representative of the people in 1954. From then on until her death in 2020, she has been solving problems and seeking development for the people.

Shen Jilan's advocacy of "equality between men and women, equal pay for equal work" has largely broken China's feudal ideology and promoted equality between men and women. I admire her fighting spirit, she is our role model.

在学习榜样精神的过程中，我们要注重学习榜样的思想和行为方式，不断提高自己的思想境界和道德水平。我们要学习那些具有高尚品德的人。赵慧婵是清华大学机械工程系准聘副教授，主要从事软体机器人领域的研究，在病毒来势汹汹之际，如何防止交叉感染、如何保障采样的精确度等问题，对于赵慧婵来说皆是一座又一座大山。但她以坚定的信念、奋力拼搏的身姿、“不破楼兰终不还”的决心，翻山越岭，于高山攀岩，终摘得硕果。耗时整整八个月，赵慧婵带领团队成功研制出咽拭子采样机器人，让其服务于社会，保护了许多医护人员的生命安全，助力抗疫攻坚战。赵慧婵还说，她的目标是让机器人助力各个领域，真正走进千家万户，用科技改变生活。学习榜样精神，不仅要学习他们的思想和行为方式，更要学习他们的奋斗精神和拼搏精神。在自己的领域中不断挑战自我，不断超越自我，为人民做出杰出的贡献。

学榜样精神，聚奋进力量。只有不断学习榜样精神，才能够不断提高自己的思想境界和道德水平，不断提升自己的能力和素质，在这些榜样身上，我们看到的不仅是迎难而上、积极进取的毅力与魄力，更是在各行各业发光发热、响应时代号召，助力祖国伟大复兴的责任与担当。

以榜样为“明镜”，照射出精神和品质。他们是默默奉献的躬耕者，如山林溪涧间的簇簇萤光，有一分光发一分热。于海俊同志默默坚守在内蒙古大兴安岭林区32年直到生命最后一刻依然没有离开森林，正是他那对“铁肩担道义、妙手著文章”的信念支撑起了他坚韧不拔的意志与担当。他始终牢记自己的使命，矢志不渝地走好人生每一步路。在研究北斗卫星的过程中，谢军等科学家整整研究了26年，才研发成功北斗导航系统，让这北斗卫星为人类导航定位。在这一次采访中，谢军道：“团队遇到问题，不知道该怎么解决时，实在不行时就熬几天，熬几天总能想出办法”。殊不知，他们口中的熬几天，有时是持续一个月每天近16小时的作，有时是3年多不懈坚持改进。作为新时代青年的我们，应该学习他们坚持不懈的精神。

学先进更应争当先进，赶先进才能先进辈出。新时代是奋斗者的时代，也是在奋斗中成就伟业、造就人才的时代。面对这样一个千帆竞发、百舸争流、有机会干事业、能干成事业的时代，以先进典型为榜样，用劳动模范和先进工作者的崇高精神和高尚品格鞭策自己，激发锐意创新的勇气、敢为人先的锐气、蓬勃向上的朝气，我们就一定能通过奋进创造更加美好的生活。

“我希望青年科学家不要过分计较个人得失，而是要把国家和人民的利益作为自己奋斗的目标，不断努力”。袁隆平用一生践行为国家和人民服务的目标，也用自己的行动感染了无数青年人，投身农业技术发展研究工作。

伟人之所以卓越超凡，并非完全因为天资聪颖，而因他们付出了巨大的努力，更因他们从不满足一时的得失，一心追求更伟大的事业。一如功成名就之后依然不断求索、积极研究的袁隆平爷爷，他并不因鲜花、掌声和荣誉而卸下行囊，即便年过九十，他仍是人老心不老、从不满足眼前成就、一心要为国家和人民继续奋斗的“90后”追梦人。得失只是一时句点，怎可概括这波澜壮阔的伟大事业？作为新时代青年的我们，更不必为一时得失所束缚，我们的征途是星辰大海。
